What is shown to us, through images and other sensorial inputs and experiences, offers us the possibility to change the meanings that were once registered. The work includes the updating of concepts and/or beliefs, that are contributing to internal conflict.

As an example, if you return to a painful memory, observing it with the experience you have today, will allow you to deeply link it to new information, which will change the emotional charge that was registered to it and change the structures that support our thought process.
